Chef Summit: Inside Look

Owner & Chef:  The Rooms – Portland, ME

Chef Harding is the owner and chef of three delicious restaurants in Portland, ME, The Grill Room, The Front Room, and The Corner Room. Plus, The Mountain Room right here at Sunday River. At each location you can find a different theme including steak house, American, Italian, and then small bites at the Mountain Room.


Mike Wiley

Co-Owner & Chef:  Eventide, Hugo’s, Honey Paw – Portland, ME

Chef Wiley can also be found at three very popular locations in Portland. Honey Paw, that serves Asian Fusion, Hugo’s for fine dinning, and Eventide with an oyster bar and seafood. All have very different and unique tastes that are sure to delight.

Owner & Chef:  Café Miranda – Rockland, ME

Right in downtown Rockland, Café Miranda has a huge menu selection that makes choosing hard, because it is all so good. With a little bit of everything Café Miranda is bistro style, serving Italian, Asian, and Pub Food.
