Happy Place Pass Perks

March 18, 2016 in Slope Stories - No Comments

As we head into spring skiing, you might think that the 2016-17 season is far down the road. But did you know that as a New England Passholder, the perks are plentiful—like super discounted bring-a-friend tickets through the spring—and you can get in on that high-priority status before the lifts stop spinning on May 1 for Ski Maynia?

The 2016-17 New England Pass is on sale now, and by purchasing yours in full, you can ski and ride free for the rest of the ski season starting today. Already one of our valued passholders? All you have to do is put $50 down before April 30 to guarantee the lowest NEP price of the season. That, and decide which pass best meets your needs.

The three main levels of the New England Pass available for purchase include:

  • Gold New England Pass (our most popular!) offers unrestricted access to all three resorts for the 2015/16 season.
  • Silver New England Pass offers access every day of the season excluding 13 blackout dates.
  • Bronze New England Pass is an all-ages season pass that includes midweek, non-holiday access to all three resorts.

The College New England Pass is available to full-time college students and includes unlimited skiing and snowboarding at all three resorts.

Senior (65 and older), teen (ages 13–18), and junior (ages 6–12) versions of the Gold and Silver pass are also available for purchase. Gold passes are available for children ages 5 and under and seniors ages 80 years and older.

Besides unlimited skiing and snowboarding every day that Sunday River, Loon, and Sugarloaf are operational, Gold passholders reap the most benefits. At Sunday River,  you have the option to purchase up to four $55 one-day tickets for friends—a surefire way to become the most popular shredder in your group. You’ll also earn 15 percent off every purchase in Sunday River Sports, discounted dining cards, and early season ski or snowboard tunes.

Both Silver and Bronze skiers and boarders get a sweet discount on dining cards and 10 percent off at Sunday River Sports, too, while the College Pass is stacked with steals and deals of a similar nature.

Other amazing passholder perks include super low passholder lodging rates, free entry into late-night concerts at the Foggy Goggle, a free learn-to package for a friend, and free scenic lift rides during the summer. Say it with us:  WHOA.

The final perk? Passholder Weekend. Join us April 8-10 for tons of fun, including Pond-A-Palooza and the free Après Concert Series show featuring Motor Booty Affair and Fast Times on Saturday, and the Passholder BBQ, slopeside at South Ridge on Sunday with awesome offerings from the grill. Bronze passholders are welcome to ski and party too!
